Refund Policy

We are committed to providing quality biblical education to all our learners. However, due to the nature of digital learning content and downloadable materials:

• All course purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted to the course materials.
• Refunds will only be considered before a student accesses any module or downloads course resources, and only if requested within 48 hours of payment.
• To request a refund, the student must email info@pastormwinga.com with proof of payment and reason for the request.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, if approved.

Cancellation Policy

• Students can choose to cancel their enrollment at any time, but this does not qualify for a refund if course content has already been accessed.
• If the Institute cancels a course or denies access due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued to the affected students.

Course Access

• Upon successful payment, learners will receive instant access to the course through our Moodle platform.
• Access is granted to only the registered student and is non-transferable.
